1. No Refund Policy
All transactions made on Player Adda are final. Once a deposit or purchase is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in the following rare situations:
- Duplicate transactions due to technical error
- Incorrect amount deducted due to system failure
- Account compromise due to unauthorized access, with proper verification
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund under exceptional cases, please follow these steps:

- Provide transaction ID, date, and reason for the request
- Allow 3-5 working days for processing
4. Disputes
All refund disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The final decision rests with the Player Adda management team.
